The analyser is capable of identifying a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials, including stainless steels, aluminium alloys, nickel alloys, copper alloys, titanium, precious metals and coated materials. Advanced detector technology provides fast analysis times and excellent light element performance for accurate identification of elements such as magnesium, aluminium, silicon, phosphorus and sulphur.

Designed for industrial environments, the SPECTRO xSORT features rugged construction, integrated calibration technologies, wireless connectivity, GPS functionality and optional camera systems for enhanced traceability and reporting.
