Our MML-C is an automatic hot mounting press designed specifically for metallographic specimen preparation. It features easy maintenance, intuitive operation, and a memory module.
This hot mounting press can complete pressurisation, heating, and cooling operations fully automatically. Once relevant parameters are input, users can initiate the machine cycle with a single button press, significantly reducing the preparation time for embedded samples.
This enhances the efficiency and convenience of subsequent grinding, polishing, and metallographic inspection and analysis.
The intuitive operation allows users to quickly familiarise themselves with the hot mounting press without the need for complicated learning processes, enabling them to swiftly carry out metallographic specimen preparation tasks.
Moreover, the hot press machine is equipped with a memory module that can record and store commonly used parameter settings. This enables users to quickly recall them during the next metallographic preparation, saving time on parameter configuration.
